Order Confirmation

After placing an order with MedzEasy, you will receive a confirmation email. We value clear communication and will follow up within 24 hours regarding your order status. If any issues arise, such as payment problems or stock unavailability, we will promptly notify you via email.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is processed, it is typically shipped the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable), including estimated delivery times.

We offer shipping to both home and workplace addresses based on your preference. Our recommended shipping method is registered airmail ($12), which provides added security and requires a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the postal service will leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package. They will hold it for 4 weeks before returning it to us.

PO Boxes and APO Addresses

We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO addresses, provided the selected shipping method supports it. To ensure smooth delivery, update your Primary Shipping Address in the My Account section accordingly.

Customs

Since we operate offshore from India, your order will be treated as an import by your country’s Customs. During processing, there may be delays ranging from a few days to up to 3 weeks in extreme cases. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Delivery Times

While we aim to ship most orders within 24-48 hours, actual delivery time depends on postal or courier services. If your order is held by Customs due to import duties, an additional delay of 3-21 days may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the standard timeframe, please allow an additional 7 days before contacting us.

Lost Orders and Re-Shipments

In rare cases, an order may be lost in transit. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we offer a reshipment or full refund, provided that you notify us within 8 weeks of the shipping date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds or reshipments.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. An additional 7 days must have passed beyond the standard delivery time.
  2. The shipping address provided must be correct and accurate.

If an incorrect address was entered, we will charge for a replacement order. Once the original order is returned to us, we will notify you regarding your refund. However, please note that refunds may take time to process since the return shipping cost is not covered.

Returns and Refunds

We kindly ask that you wait 30 days from the dispatch date before submitting a claim. If your package is not received or no tracking updates indicate that it is being held or returned, please submit a support ticket for a refund or reshipment.

We process support tickets promptly and ensure every concern is addressed. Refunds will be issued only if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is unused and unopened.
  2. The product has an expiry date of more than 3 months.
